The joys of being a woman! Our wonderful hormones provide such an important role within our bodies but performing functions many of use are not even aware of however often, they don’t function perfectly. For many women, this can result if very challenging symptoms whether it’s as a result of premenstrual syndrome or the perimenopause and the menopause. Some experience only mild symptoms whereas others can be plagued by an infinite list of symptoms, some presenting in such a debilitating way that everyday activities become a struggle. Whatever the degree of symptoms, there are numerous techniques that can be employed to help manage them.

On this retreat, we focus on the use of yoga and meditation techniques known to positively influence hormones and a nutritional programme designed to balance and effectively metabolise these hormones in order to lessen any negative impacts. We will have talks and workshops enabling you to learn take-home tips.
